This is a Aluminum Universal GM Proportioning / Combination Valve for use on a vehicle with disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on the rear. This style of valve is used on a vast number of GM vehicles over a large number of years and is truly a universal valve.  If the valve you are replacing looks similar, it it probably the same.
